The prices are for a single layer vinyl of one color approx, 11x11 in size, prices will vary with design size and layers. many vinyl colors available as well
The picture shows puff vinyl which is $2.00 more than regular vinyl, if you would like puff vinyl please let me know in comments when ordering or email me.
